Therapeutic work relies on a relationship of trust. Your information will be kept confidential by me, unless I am concerned about yours or someone else’s safety, or I am required to share it by law.
I am registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) as a Data Controller. This means I have to comply with the “General Data Protection Regulation” (GDPR) laws about keeping your data safe.
I am responsible for protecting your privacy and any personal information you may share with me when we work together. I am responsible for taking measures to ensure your data is safe and for policies on such things as how long data is kept and who I am obligated to share it with in some circumstances.
When we work together I will give you a full copy of my Privacy Policy so you understand my legal obligations, and your rights.
